what We Believe

salvation

Salvation is the confession of sins, the acceptance of Jesus as the son of God,  and allowing Him to come into your heart and forgive you of your sins.

John 1 :12
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name

John 14 :6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Romans 1 :16
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 3 :9
What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

Romans 10 :9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

2-Corinthians 5 :17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

God

There is one God and He is the Creator of all things and He is prefect is all His ways. He is Alpha and Omega and there is no failure in Him.

Jesus

Jesus Christ  is the Son of God, He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He gave His life on the cross for our sins.  He arose  from the dead, ascended into heaven, where, at the right hand of God, He is now our High Priest and Advocate.

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit operates within us to guide and empower Christians to live Godly lives that exemplify the character of Christ.

The Bible

The Bible is the perfect and Holy Word of God, written by men under the direction of the Holy Spirit. The Bible provides us guidance  for our everyday lives

Man

Man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and requires Salvation through repentance.

The Church

The Church is not a building but a body of believers  who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and display the character of Christ in their everyday lives.
